Match Making / Off Market Brokerage
Network only makes sense, if it is being utilised assisting the ones within.
Standard measures for marketing and brokerage do not always work and/or provide the best results. We seek to provide solutions that are more focused and build on deeper knowledge and experience between the relevant parties.
We advice and assist in developing tailor-made proposals and business models, with the purpose of bringing relevant parties together. Often this involves investors and developers, but can also be more simple pitches and advices for service providers.

We source and take lead in investments with a mismatch between risk and return – it is really that simple.
However, identifying real risk and true return potential is anything but simple. We generally use a very holistic approach in analysis, before boiling down to the essence of a particular opportunity.

We have a very strong passion for entrepreneurs and start-ups. It is extremely hard to get a business to fly, but sometimes a little push, advice or guidance can make the difference.
Seen from a macro perspective, a new start up is 99% of the time a benefit to us all. It can be new technology, products or services that makes life better for some– or everybody. It will at least always generate a little tiny global wealth, in one format or the other.

Over the last 15 years I have served a huge variety of international investors and acted as a trusted signatory, director and board member of more than 500 investment vehicles holding assets worth of +EUR 3 Billion. Client lists and relevant references can be found on public records or provided by relevant requests. I hold a Master Degree in Business Administration & Commercial Law.
CBCHRISTENSEN was founded in 2008 after four exciting years with the Citco Group, where I managed various accounts in the Trust division. My client list included some of the worlds biggest listed companies, investment funds, UHNW and HNW family offices. I started off in Denmark and later relocated to join the Luxembourg office. Proudly acknowledging the clients satisfaction and with a natural entrepreneurial mindset, I later decided to move back to Denmark and start my own company, now residing in prime location in the heart of Copenhagen.
Initially CBCHRISTENSEN was founded to focus only on start up activities, but following the financial crisis, a strong need for safer environments with strong potential, grew among international investors. This made Denmark a very interesting jurisdiction and consultants specialized in that field were in high demand. Today trust services for international clients is a cornerstone for CBCHRISTENSEN and my clients clearly benefit from the added value that the companys knowledge and network provides.
